Foot and Instep Protection that grows with you
These are big and comfortable in a good way. They are designed to fit over your pants, are quick and easy to put on (in case you want them for a particularly brutal drill) and are designed to fit over shoes that you would wear in your dojo or gym. They also are built to protrude out. I know what you're thinking, "how is that a good thing?" Well picture this: you're a dad of a 8 year old and you bought him some really nice shin guards. One is flat, one protrudes. The flat one becomes obsolete as soon as your son's leg grows a bit. The ones that protrude provide protection even if your son's leg grew because it will catch strikes BEFORE it catches your leg. They don't get in the way and are made of high-quality material that is easy to clean. Again, the "Shadow Series" also has some BEEFY velcro straps that would take FOREVER to wear away. I'm completely sold on this product. 10/10 would buy again (but it's going to be a LONG time until I'm going to have to).
